In this article we give the integral diagnostics of sea water quality on the example of the area “Tyuleniy”, provided by method of biological testing. The testing was carried out in accordance with the methodical indications of the Russian Register of Hydraulic Engineering Constructions and the State Water Inventory of Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment of the Russian Federation. The sea toxicological biological tests of long-term experimental researches of All-Russian Research Institute of Fishery and Oceanography on the problem of pollution of the reservoirs and some other data, which allowed us to reveal the features of response the hydrobionts give to the toxic impurity, were used as basis for this work. The experimental part of this research was carried out on the culture of marine unicellular algae Phaeodactylum tricornutum, planktonic crustaceans Acartia tonsa, larvae of chironomids Chironomus gr. Salinarius and guppy juveniles Poecillia reticulata Peters. The comparative analysis of results of researches during 2001-2006 showed lack of intense toxic influence on the test object of zooplankton and phytoplankton. Throughout the studied period the spring of 2002 can be marked out as the only season with the average lowest level of water toxicity. Following these results, we can tell that average values of level of water toxicity did not undergo any significant changes and were at the same level.
